Work that stands in between.
Connecting high-net-worth individuals in Japan and around the world.
At BIB & Co. / Kakehashi Realty,
we are looking for colleagues to build a new real estate business together.
About Us.
BIB & Co. is a real estate specialist company founded in 2005 in Yamate, Yokohama.
Under the trade name Kakehashi Realty, we provide real estate brokerage services for affluent Western and Chinese diaspora clients,
and we are currently launching a new business: PIM (Project Integration Management)—a service that provides integrated management of interior renovation projects for properties acquired in Japan by overseas owners, bridging language, business practices, and quality standards.
Rather than flashy marketing, we build bridges between our clients and the industry through reliable work that “stands in between.”
We are a quiet group of professionals who understand that confidentiality is the ultimate luxury.
Why work with us.
Be part of launching a new business

A quiet way of working
This is an industry that places great importance on confidentiality. We offer a calm office, a quiet location in Yamate, Yokohama, and an environment where you can focus on meticulous work.
